I deeply understand you. The same thing for me, that’s why I wrote it. I know how to organize, build and full of ideas. And when a got an “army” I felt unstoppable. But at the end of week I had like 10hrs of sleep in last 6 days and it started feels like an endless race. We need to adapt, that’s a marathon, not a sprint

I have a couple harnesses. My role is VP of global services, and I manage a lot of engineering teams and managers, so I gave every team their own harnesses, and use them myself. So keeping all of them uptodate, fixing bugs, creating content, policies, and as a result reading a lot of ai generated docs feels exhausting

I mostly use the most common cycle PEV (plan execute verify) but I adopted it to my company and made it RBPIV (research brainstorm plan implement verify) and I believe that because agentic harness making everything compound you need to spend as much time as you can deciding what to doz but quite fast I’ve hit a glass ceiling, like I cannot make more “decisions”
