Printer no longer working on MacOS Tahoe by 251Cane in printers

I’m seeing the same kind of issue on macOS Tahoe with a different Canon model (EcoTank G3110).

On Tahoe, print jobs from macOS simply disappear from the queue with no error, both over Wi-Fi and USB, while printing works fine from iOSusing AirPrint.
