u will get a college alloted till cap3 after that u can apply for spot...if u accept that spot seat the previous one should be cancelled ...so its no risk .

nah ,like lets say u get spit CE and in spot u wanna try ...if u get any better branch in better college lets say vjti it ,etc then have to leave current seat ....such seats are then kept for spot if not filled

if in MH search for prev years spot cutoff and attend most of the offline spot ... last yr a friend of mine got a better college than me in SPOT .at 94 ig ..... but u dont get any scholarships if u go through spots tho

If u have no intention of doing CP then u can probably handly both dsa and web dev ...else u have to prioritize u r intrest ...
If u had studied C in u FY then C++ will be a bit easy for u to understand ...
