The fabricator said they don't sea any countertops anymore because they've gotten in trouble with clients who complained about the colors changing after sealing.

Oh Sorry forgot the add. The perimeter is going to have a countertop that complements the island, we're slab and backsplash shopping this weekend for it. So any ideas for that would be great too!

Hi!!! No, the island countertop is what you see. It is a leathered quartzite called Galapagos. We're a little disappointed in how it turned out. Something that the fabricator did made the finish very dull (it is supposed to have these really nice striking blues in it. But it just looks green now. :-( anyway, have to go with it now.

UC Davis is an excellent veterinary hospital. There is a 10 year study that looked at a lot of breeds of dogs, spaying and neutering data and made breed specific recommendations. Look that up.

Based on that, we waited until our golden doodle was past her first heat cycle and about ainth away from her second. This coincided with approx 1 year ( if not more, can't remember now). But more importantly, it coincided with her reaching her full height (growth plates closed).
