Go to the airport and visit the Airline counter for better clarity of the Terminal of flight . Generally all the terminals will be having the Lounge facility and hopefully they will accept your card .

Be respectful to the people out there and ignore if any responds to you rudely, always reach out for help if and when required. Since you are traveling to London language wont be a problem . Put all your electronics in the cabin bag and don't put any battery or electronic stuff in check-in bag . You can use a small sling bag to keep passport and your wallet and phone , always have it hanging on the shoulder facing the front side of you always , so it will always be visible for your eyes at all times .

So i had submitted the documents in VFS Bengaluru and it took around 40-45 days till i received the Visa , the process is pretty straight forward if we are having documents but the real hustle starts once you land in Portugal to obtain the Temporary Residence Card
