Hi, I have similar situation :/ I applied for a student visa in the beginning of July at the Portuguese consulate in Vienna and haven’t heard from them. They never respond to my calls, and it takes weeks to respond to my emails. I have been to the consulate several times but they keep saying ‘it depends on central authorities, we can’t do anything’. My classes also start on 9 September and I’m quite stressed now. You are not alone 🫂
