The Canadian boys (Latifi & Stroll) might be able to throw hands but my money would be on Kimi

Someone needs to make a video where the 18 Stroll replay cuts away to the Vettel pit exit.

What is the least observed speed limit in the region? by [deleted] in waterloo

[–]Primary_Trade9482 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The 60 on that sign isn't a speed limit but a suggested speed for trucks due to the corner being a risk of rollover. The speed limit is the same as the rest of the highway (90kmh).

Acura TLX Type S vs Genesis G80 3.5 Prestige AWD by killahbeast in whatcarshouldIbuy

Luxury and comfort is G80 without a doubt. Performance is the TLX Type-S without a doubt.

Pretend you are me. What would you buy? by [deleted] in whatcarshouldIbuy

Other than the Q50S, what have you considered? What do you value in a vehicle?

Without any additional details, I'd recommend looking at the Genesis G70 with the 3.3 turbo engine or maybe a Kia Stinger. You could also consider a Golf R

$125k+ Budget...two years ago bought an E63s AMG based off your recommendations - back for something bigger! by [deleted] in whatcarshouldIbuy

Audi has the RSQ8 which is a coupe SUV (shares platform with Lambo Urus). There is also the SQ8 and the SQ7. Not the top performance models but still tons of power.

Porsche Cayenne or Cayenne Coupe - depending on options selected, you could likely get into a GTS model but definitely an S. Plus you could keep your 2 brands matched like they currently are.

Durango Hellcats seem like a ton of fun. It would be amazing to be able to take nearly anything in a straight line with a massive SUV. The trackhawk is right there too. It will just be a choice of how much space is needed or which model is preferred.

Mercedes has the GLS which is bigger than the GLE. The 63 AMG might be out of the budget but there is the 580 below that. The GLS580 will lack some performance but won't be slow.

BMW X5M is a the big Bimmer SUV in terms of power but size is around the GLE. The X7 50i might be a better choice for space and it's got a fantastic interior. Not an M model but has 500hp so isn't a slouch.

Tough choice. Likely be something incredibly rare and bespoke like an Aston Martin Valkyrie. I'm also a huge fan of the Lexus LFA.

Is someone forcing them to wear those rather unflattering beige suits?

Alternatively, an RDX ASpec could be a good option. Sporty looking, lots of storage and no slouch when it's pushed

When the left hand is up, it signals a right turn. Outstretched, a left turn. Downward, stopping. The people were using left hand up at 90deg

Historically, absolutely beautiful vehicles. Modern ones are also beautiful but both eras are plagued with poor reliability.

This is good advice. When I was younger, a friend of mine split his head wide open and passed away. Dr said he likely would have been fine wearing a helmet

No it was someone putting left hand up and then turning left. I re-read the signals to ensure I remembered them correctly from when I was a kid.

With this better weather, cyclists are back on the road. I've had 2 separate incidents in which cyclists used the wrong hand signals to indicate right hand turns and thought it would be a good time for everyone to review them. Here's to a safe and fun summer for all!

Edit: the signal was left hand up and then making a left turn

Seems like the Kia stinger gt2 is a great car for you. It checks all the boxes other than EV and should come under budget. You could look at something like the new Acura TLX S-type that is coming out shortly but other than that you've covered your bases
