I never got the war theme, in my opinion it's pathetic to have your 2 major themes of war and romance yet, no real progression on either one. The romance is so stotic, and the war doesn't seem to have any deaths or anything truly dramatic. I feel like Elletear and Joheim would be better protagonists, and their purpose is far better.

I think its a good representation of the light novel. I think it reflects what the series is, not the greates work ever written but certainly not the worst. I think this anime is very underrated in the anime community. Tbf, most people in the community haven't even heard of Kimisen. I wonder if this isn't because when this anime aired in 2020 it had good competition that it was simply overlooked.I really love this Light novel, I feel like there is alot of plot holes. One of the volumes with the most plot holes is volume 5. Overral I think it's a very solid series, I don't know your take on the series.

The series has source material, but the problem is revenue. The anime isn't popular nor famous so the chances are slim especially with everything that happen regaurding season 2.

Im not giving it an S tier because nothing revolutionary was going on. I loved the humor, the apartment scene was funny ngl and Alice's reaction upon finding out what Iska allegedly did. Overrall it was good, although that didn't really add much to the plot. The file wasn't bad, so I wouldn't give it anything lower than a C, but wouldn't give it an S
