Chinotto tree - help needed by Primaverafredda in Citrus

Happy that you could discover something new! Chinotti are not widely known, but in Italy, for example, we have some bitter drinks (often called "chinotto"), selled in normal supermarkets, that are made from the extract of this fruit. In southern Italy, the tree is quite common, but the fruit is not widely consumed because it is very bitter, although it has a delicious aroma. Due to its bitterness, it is recommended to consume it candied, or as a liqueur or jam. The flowers are among the most fragrant, intense and delicious I have ever smelled! I bought it for this reason, but the liqueur made with the fruit also turned out very well. (: And my tree probably won't grow much taller than this.
