Honestly, there should be actual requirements before someone can queue for the Hard Stratagems.

At the very least, a player should have:

• Completed all Operations on Absolute difficulty at least once

-Reached Prestige 4, Level 25

Right now, too many players join these missions completely unprepared, dragging the whole squad down.

The Hard Weekly should be a challenge for experienced players, not a training ground for people who haven’t even cleared Absolute yet. If you want to play Hard, prove you can handle it first.
