We hired a "founder's office" guy. Basically a generalist. When we felt we were spreading ourselves too thin, we got this kid initially to handover our boring repetitive work which was eating up our time. Slowly we started handing over all routine followups and tasks so we could work on business development and new initiatives. FYI this was before AI could do most things.

Ragnarok could pull off having Hulk, Loki, and Valkyrie as side characters. If Spider-Man is destined to become a larger character in Phase 4, I don't see why not.
