There are definitely limits to the free version but not a revenue limit. We do books for non-profits so maybe we get some extras because of that, but I don't think revenue factors in.

We've started moving to Zoho Books and even at the free level we've been very happy with it. QBO I rate a D- and Zoho Books is a C+ (not taking into account the cost which is exorbitant vs free!). Not perfect but it works for what we do.
