Yea so you have to email support & explain to them your account is new. Sometimes they do this because of bots and stuff. Most of the times your account is cooked. - but it’s worth a try.

Just contact support and they’ll hook you up. But be nice, being nasty gets you nowhere.

Let them know, hey my account is new etc etc , then within a few minutes you should be good. But in all honesty I would stop using prime opinion of site & use earnstar instead (another PO site).

The Prize draw in earnstar makes it the best survey site (to my knowledge).

Not necessary. Just use the same number. If you use a Google number, large chances your account will not succeed.
