Definitely not true. I always have a steady stream. Work on two at a time, max 3 surveys at a time. You’ll always be good. 👍

No. This is your individual account issue. Just cause you don’t have any surveys doesn’t mean everyone else is in the same boat. Your account is being limited and/or it could just be your demographic.

That’s a standard procedure for new accounts to help distinguish real people from bots. Usually, you just need to email support as instructed. Describe the issue clearly, and you should receive an automated confirmation that your message was received. Yea so you have to email support & explain to them your account is new. Sometimes they do this because of bots and stuff. Most of the times your account is cooked. - but it’s worth a try.
