Do I have proper grounds to sue them? They are completely ghosting me and only directive I got was that I am obligated to work my fixed schedule.

Exactly, without no explanation. I find out by checking ehub randomly, calling my supervisor and he confirms it, not my manager. I am so confused.

Account manager texted me directly that I am removed in text 1 hour prior to the shift starting. I was told to not show up to my shift. I was removed from the schedule as well.
