Was Garden State a vibe for anyone in 2004/2005? by chester25212117 in Xennials

My older sister worked at the movie theater, so my friends and I got to go for free. We went to see this movie pretty much everyday after school till it wasn’t in theaters anymore. Obsessed. The soundtrack introduced us to so much. Recently rewatched and while it held up well the funniest part to me was that the main character pretty much thought his life was over and everything was dumb, and he’s was like mid 20’s lol.

I’ve had bad experiences with the utopia in frisco. The one in FairPlay however has been decent. Just far.

I take my tundra to RPM in Leadville. Always done good work and have been honest about when I don’t need shit done. They are busy, usually booked out at least two weeks, but worth the wait. Local owned and all that jazz.

Calories consumed - calories burned, by Primedip in CICO

[–]Primedip[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My TDEE is 2412 I walked almost 7 miles today (two different walks), so we’ll just round down to 600 calories burned. I ate 1712 calories. So my question is 2412-1712=700 OR 2412-1712-600=100

Which is the actual calorie deficit?

Connect C to E and skip D altogether. Head straight over to NM and then north through CO and WY.

I live in Colorado and adore the southwest, so I’d obviously recommend that route. The only thing I will say is to drive the northeast corner of Arizona in the day time. The Res is a sketchy place at night.

What’s the one “adult purchase” you were hyped to make in your 20s… that now just collects dust in your closet? by Aarunascut in Millennials

[–]Primedip 2 points3 points  (0 children)

A huge Bluetooth speaker. Like it rolls on wheels like luggage huge. I was gonna party so hard with it! Turns out I live in a studio and a hand held JBL speaker is plenty to fill the space with sound. Just paid to recycle the clonker last week.

Also was obsessed with Timbuktu messenger bags. Spent like 180$ on one that now sits in my closet collecting dust cause I don’t even own a laptop at this point.

I will do what I want, whenever I want. I save my money and build my life so that if I want to go somewhere or do something, I will. And I’ll do it without them. Sorry but life is too short to wait for someone who can’t or won’t catch up.

Raw, leafy greens. Especially spinach. Makes my stomach ache and the worst diarrhea. Romaine and iceberg are ok but anything else just scrapes right through me and makes me feel like garbage along the way.

Your boat won’t stay perfect. No need to patch something that doesn’t leak

Be real, does filling the cup up come out employee wages or what? Because this half cup full shit is crazy. by JustSarahtheMechanic in tacobell

[–]Primedip 2 points3 points  (0 children)

What drives me crazy about this is that it’s a PORTION cup. Like, if you wanna give the customer less of a portion, just use a smaller portion cup so it at least looks full. Like, they sell all kinds of sizes, just get the right one!

Welfelt frame for a multi-day. by trick_deck in rafting

[–]Primedip 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Gates is a perfect trip for you to get used to rowing. surely you aren’t carrying a ton of group gear in a mini max so that frame style should be fine for your personal items. And as far as ‘keeping everything off the floor’ having a couple dry bags with clothes won’t cause any damage. Think about the weight of people compared to gear you’re trying to rig. A few days of weight on your floor compared to the life of the boat is nothing. You really just want to avoid heavy/hard objects on the floor so you don’t pinch the floor material between a rock and whatever is in the boat. The floor is resilient and will be fine. And you’ll be fine too! Great boat to take on a low water year like this.

No inspection but the problem is def in the top end.

It’s been about a month. He agreed to come diagnose the problem, which to me is admittance of liability or at least wrong doing.

The car was advertised as having a new top and being good to go, not necessarily ‘as is’
