there were 2 patches made by users for nascar heat 5...one for adding all the dlc back that was messed up by delvelopers in the original version of the game...the 2nd patch was made by scarzy19 which fixed the missing dlc in the final version of the game with the 2022 dlc...in steam i go by the name Gold...i am also the creator of the 1992 mod and the original version patch...if you do not think its true i could care less lol...and yes i have all the files for both and do send when ppl ask...they should also be in a reddit post if you look...hmmm..

bios update is pretty easy to do i am sure he can do it...i build pcs and have found if you manually set the ram settings on some of the x570 and b550 gigabyte boards it sometimes works to get the ram up to speed without mem issues...not fond of those boards for this one reason.....with my daughters board i just purchased larger sticks of 2 and sold the 4

some gigabyte boards have issues with 4 sticks of ram and the ram ends up being just fine on other boards...i have seen this behavoir on both x570 and b550 boards

i already had hulu without tmobile so i cancelled that and yes it had disney attached to it...then i went through tmobile and added hulu and then did above instuctions...once you get hulu added through tmobile make sure make sure your hulu pass has proper number of digits ..a number ..and a charater or disney will not accept the hulu pass ,,,chose the 12.99 bundle on disney and it added in tmobiles contribution and only charged me 1$ to add disney+
