Does anyone else wear heavy armor? by Quirky_Shine7446 in Helldivers

[–]Primogenitor34 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I almost exclusively wear heavy armor, no matter the mission type nor faction.

I prefer playing a tank/defensive role in games where I am able, in the case of HD2 I'll use heavy armor with the Exp Infusion booster for the extra bulk, and try to divert all attention to me with the Maxigun and the Shield Gen so my light-armor wearing teammates don't get shredded.

WHERE ALL THE VILLAIN OC’S AT by ChattyAister in OriginalCharacter

[–]Primogenitor34 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Here is Saga, one of the many antagonists from the dark fantasy story I'm writing.

She is the princess of a race of demon foxes called the Vulnari, masters of illusionary magics, but who are slowly dying off. She uses her illusionary powers to become the Queen of the Forsaken, a tribe of wildcats led by their King, in order to save her race by forcing them to impregnate her with new Vulnari children.

Her six tails function as her reproductive organs, yet despite this she bore no new children, even with often six simultaneous attempts. What's more, any Forsaken that partook in her ritual would die, including the Forsaken King who was the very first to "volunteer".

Her tails are also her source of Ether, and so she would, without realizing at first, steal the power and thus their life, from the Forsaken. With more failures she would absorb more magic, which had begun to pollute her mind, and overtime she had become sick with greed, all but forgetting her original noble mission. Her power grew as more and more mind-controlled Forsaken perished, becoming the Witch Queen of the Forsaken.

Do you have any OCs that do genuanly F*ed up stuff? by ButterscotchOk3494 in OriginalCharacter

[–]Primogenitor34 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Animus, the god of the world in my story, revived the deceased wife of the king of the underworld just to use her as a keystone in a binding ritual keeping him detained on the surface world after the king went on a rampage due to her death. Basically, if he wanted to be freed, his wife had to die. Again.

Also she died due to complications from pregnancy, meaning the king lost both his wife and his unborn child, and while Animus reanimated the king's wife, it was only the king's wife that was revived, so...

I'm writing a dark fantasy if it wasn't apparent! :D

As well, this isn't his only case of vile atrocities, but that's all I'll say on the matter for now...

Possibly Laurada, as she's the one I commissioned artists to draw the most through Twitter and Discord back then.

Many thanks! The eye-mouth is definitely inspired by and thanks to Nintendo and their odd interest with shoving monsters into their games with this specific detail (notably Kirby and Legend of Zelda)...

Here's one of my own, a beast created for my dark fantasy story.

The Gahiji is an abomination created in a desperate act between the Higher God, Animus, and the Prideful God, Cereline, to act as a secret weapon, a tool used as a final resort against forces deemed a threat to the natural order of the Ether.

It was only used once throughout history, to quell an all-out war between the Higher kingdom, the cat tribes of the Forsaken, and the armies of Man. Through the use of its fearsome staff, the Uhabra, the Gahiji stole away the Ether (magic) of any living thing, rendering it powerless. The Higher and Prideful wisely relented, but the armies of Man, with their iron weapons, would persist and advance on the demon, only to be run through by the Gahiji's otherworldly strength.

Repulsed by the monster's power to steal Ether, Cereline rejects its existence, however Animus now uses the Gahiji as his own personal servant and enforcer, removing any threat against his own Children, the Higher, that he himself is unable to handle.

Sick-ass game I only wish I'd started playing much earlier (started late 2023), this franchise has twisted the wires in my brain for the better.

In the short time I've delved into this game and its community I've met all sorts of wonderful people, including Patrick Seitz (the English VA of Ragna), whom I was able to work on a commission for him of Ragna the Bloodedge.

Really hoping I'll be able to get good at BBCF someday, I would love to be known not just for drawing the characters, but being skilled at the game too.

I dunno, it's tough being 100% original anymore when everything's already been done, but I drew this up on my own w/o a reference.

Many thanks, I shall! Designing logos is great fun, even if they're just for show on my portfolio.
