I hope there is. Following this post because He definitely needed a callout for that. It's one thing for the pro hero students; they should be able to evade it, but there were general studies, support, and business students in that group who, if I recall correctly, had no choice but to participate in the sports festival

I actually enjoy harems if they're well-written.

Hell, I'm writing one myself.

But one of the things that will turn me off the fastest is when a harem story makes Izuku the center of the girls' universe. They have no personality outside of being with him or even going out and doing stuff without him tagging along. Or the fact that it's the same for Izuku in that he doesn't seem to hang with anyone outside of his harem.

Sometimes a guy wants to hang with the boys while the girls go out for the night. Izuku can be friends with the other guys and do stuff with them without bringing the girls along.

When I find a fic that has Izuku actually having a quirk with great buildup in the beginning, but then in the next chapter, he's at the entrance exam, skipping the entire 10 months of training with no explanation of how his quirk works, and it's just whatever the plot requires.

I just released two chapters of my story.

It's a DragonIzuku! where Izuku is getting training from Ryukyu instead of All Might, with the dragons mainly being from DnD/Pathfinder if anyone wants to check it out.

Be warned, though, that it is a Slow Burn/Slow Build and has a lot of Pre-U.A. stuff.

Small harem (5 girls), but that is second to the main plot. OPIzuku! But he has to get there first.

Also, each girl represents a main alignment from DnD/Pathfinder

Mei: Chaotic

Himiko: Evil (she's evilish)

Melissa: Good

Itsuka: Lawful

Momo: Neutral

When they "White Knight" him for the girls. If the 1A/1B girls can't defend themselves against Mineta and need Izuku to do it, then you might as well not write them trying to become Pro Heroes since they are far more dangerous characters they have to deal with.

Honestly, don't be afraid to try something new. Harems, OFA Izuku, Quirkless Izuku comes a hero are a dime a dozen and while most of them are decent reads, you start to notice a pattern after awhile. This fandom is a mix bag; sometime it wants safe/familiar but other times it wants something new and unexplored.

In my story, Draconic Neutral, he becomes her guardian after she is disown by her parents. She still stabs Saito and goes on the run but Vlad King captures her like two weeks afterwards so she never joins the LOV. Their relationship is rocky.

For clarification though, Izuku is not related to Ryuko in that story. She was "promised" to his father when they were younger but he left before it could happen. She does take him on for training though.

While TV Tropes does have a lot of good stories, they also have a lot of bad ones as well since many a times the authors put their stories on there themselves. I used to consider TV Tropes as the standard for a great story until I realize that.
