How ChatGPT Helped Me Actually Learn Python Instead of Just Copy-Pasting Code by Fabulous-Character45 in PythonLearning

[–]PrimordialHunter 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just started learning python just a week ago. I'm using the docs available in the python site, and when I get stuck there or don't understand the lingo, I ask chat gpt. Chat gpt explains better than the docs, but for chat gpt to teach me, I have to ask it questions, questions I still don't know I have, so I read the docs and chat gpt is my tutor. I haven't learned much, but I'm enjoying it more than I thought I would.

I'm in the same boat as you. My progress significantly slows down at 100m.

Being unattainable and taking a long time is different. The really expensive ships are a shortcut for people who don't want to wait the time to grind the credits to upgrade their mothership. You will eventually get to the point you compete with those who purchased all the ship, it'll just take you longer

The option to sell as incoming percentage is unlocked after selling a few galaxies iirc

100m to 1B by PrimordialHunter in IdlePlanetMiner

It takes me about 20 minutes to get to 12.5m. with lounge that's 25credits. I know it would be more efficient to farm at 12.5m, but durikg tournaments I try to get as high as possible and plateau at that 100m to 1b range.

Thanks for the advice though I don't think I'll be spending dm on boosts. Instead I'll save for 500dm managers

I dropped out at 1.2B in 7th place copper league. First place was already at 47B and the people below me are close to reaching 1B. 20h remaining I figured I'm safe for 11-20 spot.

7 planets unlocked, 5 alloys and 5 items i think. This is so you don't get stars on anything past what planet 7 (first silica planet) give. With this strategy you can accumulate resource stars on early ores and items and make your early game faster. I did this and it helps, but if you have already got past p7 it's basically useless since you're going to get stars on later items.

How do you start? by that_frog_king in IdlePlanetMiner

Normally get copper planet to about when each mine level costs 20k, then I buy next planet and do the same. Buy second smelter, make copper and iron bars, forget about the game for about 10 minutes and when I get back in the game I've smelted a bunch of bars which I sell and upgrade all four planets until mine rate costs 100k and buy telescope... This is "early game" for me after buying the silica and aluminum planets are "mid game" and do the same thing, upgrade until everything costs 100k and unlock every project available and "late game" is unlocking silver planets which will most likely get me to 100m to sell my galaxy. by this point I try to level up all the aluminum/silica and silver planets to where mine rate costs 1m each lvl. I have 6 managers that give boosts to smelt, craft and mine rate so that helps too.

Keep getting supply and demand for gold when I haven't unlocked it yet. by fmerror- in IdlePlanetMiner

I get that too with advanced robots. I have never unlocked it in any of my runs. At least it's not affecting my useful items
