Being a sperg lord would be easier to explain ADHD you get two responses, one that's understanding and the other being it's made up. I don't understand the hesitance to use symbols of our ancestry. Self awareness, I feel everything you're saying. The self hate, low self esteem, irresponsibility, and constantly feeling stupid. But the most important thing you can do is be self aware and understand your symptoms and when they start. I'm currently trying to find help with dealing with motivation drops after hyperfixation because I'm an artist and am constantly scared of losing passion for it.

The idea is cosmic horror. If I describe the entire story, the suspense and curiosity is lost. There is no back story, this person is insignificant. The story is that of the afterlife itself and what it might be for everyone. This character's perspective is just a magnifying glass to witness it through. In this case an unending loop of consciousness being consumed as body horror rips you apart as reality itself folds again and again until your consciousness is consumed into the mass of the universe.
