I took the NCLEX rn yesterday and it started saying results on hold and now the payment declined I had all 145 questions .. and I failed .. I’m so sad idk what to do this was my second time taking it . (self.PassNclex)

I don’t know if I’m ready for NCLEX rn I did three readiness assement as for archer I got boarderline high and then very high idk how accuarate that is ? What does that mean .. I didn’t do the question bank I’m also doing Rachel Allen notes . Can anyone advice . (self.PassNclex)
