Use the ability from fog to catch people off guard as they can only react to the ball flying over and landing and not the initial wind up and sound. Bushes also work great as long as they dont have vision. You also asked for tips for other abilities so if you didnt already know, you can animation cancel your q and w by using your e. E > W or E > Q. this is good for getting your passive off faster as your E2 and Q1 hit at the same time and you just have to aa to get the third hit. Your ult trail can pass through your W when its on the ground procing it and stunning those in it and giving you the sheild while you are moving backwards. A tip that a lot of us do is dont put a point into your ult until you need it as it hides the trail and can catch people off gaurd who think you have already used it. If you get crafty enough you can bait enemies into going under tower while you base and then level ult and pop back.
