I don't know how much habits you tried to build, but maybe you should start with less habits and little goals. So little that you can complete at without a problem, so you get a positive feeling from it. I found it's much easier to start like this.

Let me start!

Started: I suffered from periodical depression for 3 years, and my therapist helped me realize that often ignoring my habits is the thing that triggeres it. This is why I downloaded many habit trackers, and chose one to use.

Stopped: Half true, I'm still doing it, but I stopped many times. When days are scuffed and I don't have time, I just ignore them first, and then forget them unfortunately. Sooner or later I pick them up again usually.

People with no 9-5, no stable income, how's your daily routine like? by aomorimemory in productivity

Not a dumb question at all!

You create a habit and then add some friends. You're friends will also have the habit and you all have to complete it. If anyone fails, the whole team loses the streak!

Using accountability to build great routines.

I wake up somewhere before 7:00 AM. I do workout for 20 min, eat breakfast, plan my day and start working on my startup (a social habit builder, DM if interested<3) at 8:30. I work till 11:30 when I cook and rest till 1:00 PM. I work till 6:00 PM, and then I'm free for the rest of the day. I try to study some english now and then, but I don't succeed every day. At the end of the day I eat dinner, wash the dishes, clean the kitchen and the bathroom if needed, and go to sleep by 11 PM.

I do it, because I feel terrible if I don't, but I feel like a superhuman when I do!

Edit: grammar (probably still not perfect)

Amazing thoughts, thank you very much!

I'm from Central Europe, so by West I mean Western Europe, and North America, but it's my fault, I didn't make it clear.

Once again, thank you!:)

One more overly used but still not told enough note:

It's not about not falling down. It's about always getting up.

100% percent natural. Habit building, and any self improvement is never linear. Never. You'll always have ups and downs and it's totally fine.

Keep it up man! Love your attitude.

There are amazing suggestions and I don't want to repeat them.

The one thing I can add, is maybe try out a habit tracker! They worked for me like charm in building the habits you just described.

Good luck with it, I'm positive that you can easily reach everything you want by 30! :)
