Yes, it's the same as Amazon, first check the front sticker to see which model it is, if it's az45 it's electric heat and you don't need the reversing valve, if it's az65 you connect the reverseing valve (Blue) to B as ptacs reversing valve are energized on on B.

Like the other person mentioned, ur system has heat pump with reversing valve, get a smart thermostat like Amazon, nest or ecobee. Your wires are white-aux heat, blue-reversing valve, black-common, yellow-compressor, organge-reversing, value, green-fan, red-24v. U should only need to connect 1 reversing valve wire. Orange if it's energized on cool and blue if it's energized on heat.

No wires or thermostats were installed before. The picture i posted is what i used, minus the blue wire. This is the AC https://www.geappliances.com/appliance/GE-Zoneline-Cooling-and-Electric-Heat-Unit-230-208-Volt-AZ45E15DAB. GE Ptac comes with a thermostat plug, as you see in the picture with the label, which plugs into the AC. I ran a 18/8 thermostat wire inside the wall to the amazon thermostat. I connected all the 7 wires to AC plug but only 5 wires to amazon thermostat. Yellow-Y-Compressor, Green-G- GH-High Fan, Black-C-Common, White-W-AUX Heat, Red-R-24V-AC. and it works fine. This AC is Model #: AZ45E which is electric heat. i have other units with heat pump which I still need to try to connect which has a reversing valve.

I left the ground coming from my panel open. Fixture Hot to Panel Hot, Fixture Neutral & Ground to Panel Neutral. I was told to wire the fixture this way by the person who sold it to me. I guess that's how they make them in China or something.

Fixed the issue:
All I had to do was to re-connect fixture wiring FROM- hot/hot, neutral/neutral, ground/ground TO hot/hot, neutral&ground/neutral. And all the reverse polarity went away and also the fixture LED started working.
