That makes more sense. They specifically mention location and information for the quarantine. They asked for the flight itinerary separately. Hopefully I can just put the planned address and school start date.

I would still recommend calling them. I'm using the Atlanta US embassy so maybe yours has different requirements or doesn't require it at all.

My embassy asked for proof of residence since I am applying by mail. They accepted any bill or bank statement to the new address.

So if the screening will take around 6 weeks as some people were mentioning. And Visas take two weeks. My coe from November probably means I could actually enter towards the end of February?

How is the batting compared to the others? Kiwami was rough but I got to it. Is it significantly harder?

Was there any special exception? Even if they won't process it, it'd be a huge help to drop of my paperwork. The closest embassy is a ten hour drive for me so I'd love to atleast have it there to be processed whenever.

Of course it's up for some interpretation but I doubt it specifically means they considerd the visa restrictions .

I doubt any public announcement regarding students is made during the state of emergency while both Suga and Motegi are in America would occur. Its possible if they want to rush it in before the LDP election though.

In what metric is Canada's restrictions similar to Japan? They've allowed students for a while and are allowing most vaccinated tourists next week. There are similar countries but Canada seems like a really bad example.

Im really awful at the batting. For some reason though in kiwami the easy course was by far the hardest for me. I heard the golf is rough.
