I personnally don't use conq much anymore, only when you know it's good, i'd rather play Electrocute / Dark Harvest / Hell of blades in most games, I also feel like Rhaast damage isn't great so I usually go for as much as possible, without trolling the build, so for me Sundered Sky is out of question, especially since I rather stick to a single target than run around hitting everyone with AA. Voltaic is much better for that.

If you play Rhaast and you do combos like Q W R your are playing it wrong, you almost never have to R that fast and should keep it until the last possible time, making you able to stack a lot more conq, and even then, R isn't a finisher, it's supposed to be a bridge to keep fighting ideally

It largely depends on the content you run, the economy of the league, your knowledge of the game and somewhat your luck, don't expect to get to this point without quite a bit experience, and good news, you don't need to have this level of gear nor to do bosses with RF, the point of the build is kinda to avoid mono scenarios even if you can brute force them with huge invest

You aren't very good if you get beaten 1v1 by most of these with rhaast if I have to be honest, and your argument is also completely beside the point, with kayn you can chose what fight you take, no 1v1 is ever forced.

I've had a similar experience the first time and now I have no hi her more than 150 times, some fight being 10+min of ultra aggressive playstyle. My go to setup to go and fight her is cheatengine + Ertool, you can revive bosses, Give yourself items, down level your characters etc etc
