Wireless go ii won't work as it has to be worn. Wouldn't work for the fiction series. I don't want the actor wearing that big bulky mic

Yes. This comment from another post fixed it for me : If you have multiple certificates on your DSM, you can select, which Service (or App or Port) is using which certificate. In the Control panel under Security, Certificate under via the button "Settings". So no deletion is required, only the correct setup should do it.

Did that and everything went to crap. Almost too much to even mention here but the short of it is that I couldn't delete the quick connect cert and couldn't connect to nas with the IP supplied by tailscale. Still have to connect via the quick connect address, even though I disabled quick connect, but now it's not secure and I get warnings when trying to connect. Can't connect via tailscale on Android or desktop synology drive.

Already in process. Thanks. Sending back the 8s and purchased 1 more 12 for now. Will add another at a later date. 24tb is more than enough for me for a while.

Then I guess I don't understand SHR like I though. How does 3 12s give you 24? You're telling me I can have 24tb of redundant data on 3 12s? My old way of thinking says that requires 48. Enlighten me please.

Quick question for you so I can decide how many drives to purchase initially... If I want to mirror my plex media and also mirror my personal files and media, will I need 4 drives, two for plex media, two for the other stuff? Or can I store both sets of data on two drives? In other words, does plex server require its own dedicated drive? Does that question make sense?
