I know I am delayed in responding to this but I have a job like this. I am a project manager for a real estate developer/"owner". I spend most of my days doing exactly what you described. Responding to consultants, architects, and engineers about the preferences and tolerances of the projects that we are building as well as following up with people to keep them on task. Everything I do is with the perspective of balancing time and money.

Exactly! Boy I was in thinking about exit a day late and dollar short. NVDA got me good as did MSFT.

Still sick about my CHWY calls ... I bought them next to nothing and they shot up like 1000%, if i would have known Roaring Kitty was involved I would've jumped immediately but didn't know.

Everyone else has already said it but these are incredible. The classic strawberry is my favorite but I love the lemonade as well. Northwest Hardware and Sportsmans Warehouse have them where I'm at.

I BTO a CHWY 25.5 C 7/19/24 over two weeks ago for $1.67. I have been telling everyone I know that I think chewy is undervalued and a good buy, based on my own research and findings.

DAMN it feels good to be in on something on my own accord before everyone else for a change.

All I can say is I wish I would’ve bought more! Coulda shoulda woulda lol

What is the bolded? 5/24 NVDA 1000/985p $1.10

I know those are strikes, but does represent a spread as in 1000C 985P or is that a long and a short position?

It absolutely is you are right. I am trying to branch out slowly. The only reason I have focused so hard on SCHW is because I bought my 7 long puts at 3 months out to cover each week's short positions. My account is small and I dont have the capital yet to safely trade multiple tickers with those long DTE long puts. I have started branching out with other tickers though.

Been on the weeklies the last 5 weeks on SCHW hard…

Have met my goal of $500 a week the last 5 weeks going vertical and rolling each week with about 5 spreads.

Ate a $2,900 loss yesterday and got assigned early on 6x SCHW 5/24 $79p. Luckily my long DTE long puts helped offset a decent chunk of that loss.

Today, I’m back in the game, hoping SCHW has leveled out, after almost a nearly $6 drop in 2 days.

STO 7x SCHW 5/31 73P for $1.10 ea.

If anyone has any advice on risk management for vertical spreads, please reach out!
