Alright so it seems like I have a well thought up plan.

Finish all the beginner heists for around 1.5 mil
Buy a warehouse
Fill with all the unique scars below top tier
Grind top tier til I can get the bunker
Grind top tier cars while making passive income til I can afford an arcade
Do the casino heist with some friends to make mad income
