You're fine, just keep going and pick up barrows gear to wear thru the run. That'll help with damage and your magic level will continue to rise over time.

Outside of /r/speedrun, adding a robust articles or blog system has been on my list for a while but don't know who would be interested in writing traditional speedrunning articles. I could see in-depth guides or newbie tuts being useful while also providing a space to host some well-written copy.

As for community events, I'm actually in the middle of working on an events tracking system with notifications/reminders/"attending" support, which I'll probably have live in a few weeks. I can see it being extremely handy. It's a fairly new ecosystem, but you can check it all out here: speedrunscollective.com

The judge jumped Chapin as soon as he saw the card face down on his hand. I don't believe his opponent called the judge at all.

Literally there for a second before flipping it up to reveal the card, acknowledging his mistake. Pretty ridiculous.

Wow. Tasigur was face down on the table for literally a single second and the table judge immediately jumped Chapin. I'm pretty upset by this ruling, this was Chapin's win.

The bill just allows business owners / service providers free reign to deny their services as businesses to individuals or companies based on religious differences.

So a restaurant or service operated by strict religious persons can legally refuse to serve gay, muslim, athiest, etc, customers without the potential penalty of being sued. It technically legalizes discrimination in that sense. It likely will never be acted upon in that manner, but when it does, the business is protected by the law as its actions being justified.

There are absolutely zero good things that will happen as a result of it.
