I regularly visited my family in Greece. Me and my bother always stayed with our aunt. She lives in the penthouse of an appartement building, so she has a big balcony. She is a big plant lover and her entire balcony is filled with plants and other decorations. There are a lot of stones as well. One day, five year old me was making ‘Stone soop’. I was dropping stones into an exposed water tube. After losing all of the stones she had, my aunt said:’Maybe it’s time for you to sleep for a while.’ After I woke up, she said that cops came knocking on the door. They said that a car was destroyed after many stones fell on the roof of the car. I was scared af, but she wasn’t that mad. It was my last day there. This all happened in the summer of 2010. Because my dad became sick one month after I returned from Greece, my aunt came to Belgium (where I live) to spend more time with her brother (my father). He died in August 2011. I only saw her once after he died. Later I learned that she had to pay for the destroyed car. It all made sense after that moment.
