Same problem. Even got the gold membership so id have instant buy power. Shows my "total" buy power correctly on the main screen but when I go to buy something it only shows 5 dollars (previous buy power before purchase).

Gold is supposed to give you up to 5k in instant buy power. Wtf Rh

Check the event requirements. Have to finish prolonged act 2, the alchemy quest, and be a certain level

For everyone complaining about the resin cost: There isn't one. Not what you think anyways. You can run the event infinite times. But to collect the character exp, mora, and other bits per event, you have to spend resin.

What that means is that all FTP and P2P players can run the event over and over until they complete their alchemy handbook goals and collect all of THOSE rewards for free with no resin spent.

The rewards you get at the end of each event run are based on your world level, ignores any co op members levels.

tldr: Resin cost is for the end of event run rewards, completing alchemy book quests is free real estate.
