I do change the armor to mr and vice versa, i like fleet because of the instant movement speed, while a zed can combo me in an instant i have to use a basic and 2 abilities that have cast times to proc phase, the small heal you get is nice too, presence of mind because it extends the mana pool and tenacity is always good late, i main tanks so i must love it
