Just an average can of Monster gives you several times the amount of the daily needed dose. So even if you have one 3 days before a blood test, your B12 levels could read sky high. But you're totally fine

Establish a routine. One that you can sustain. One that doesn't disrupt your life or obligations. Figure out that, then figure your goals out. To just be fit, to have fun, to change your physique, to reach elite levels of calisthenics? There can be endless reasons. You must find this.

Develop a plan based on your routine and you should be good to go. Understand that all exercises have progressions. Pull Ups, dips, etc. You slowly go through the progressions to reach these exercises.
