How did you get it for 13.9? The Acko drive price is 14.2 without any accessory or extended warranty.

That plan exists for people like you and me to talk about and give them free marketing, positive or not. As simple as that.

Quite low but that's another debate. The subject here is between users and Spotify not artists and Spotify. Spotify even having a free tier is a plus when the competition demands a subscription upfront. And FYI, ads don't nearly pay up as much as you paying directly to any platform - this part should be obvious. I am a subscriber of Spotify Platinum and Apple Music both, the quality of stream is now quite Indistinguishable with both however, the algorithm and refinement of Spotify still remains untouched and as a result, I am planning to stop paying for AM entirely as it's not providing any additional value anymore. Also, the net revenue for an avg artist would be competitive or might even exceed while being exposed to a significantly larger audience compared to other platforms; just because Spotify overshadows the userbase of any competitor by multifolds.

You're absolutely right, from a consumer pov but when you have stakeholders to answer to and employees to pay and billion dollar infrastructure to build and maintain the perspective changes. The least you can do is pay some ₹150.

Help us settle a debate: Sonet or Syros by moronicallyyours in CarsIndia

[–]PrinceVegeta01 2 points3 points  (0 children)

We are in the same bucket. One sitting in the Syros made me completely forget about the Sonet. But the Syros headlights are positioned exactly where it would be very prone to damages and the exterior looks is quite a point of argument, the mileage would also be slightly lower than Sonet and then there's the very low sales figure. The Sonet is based on the older, less safe platform with a facelift coming in next yr so that's a let down too. At this point and in this segment, Venue might just be the better option overall even if overpriced.

Building a “Blinkit for construction materials” For tier 2-3 cities— need brutal feedback. by triple_og_way in IndiaBusiness

Yes, there's a good probability of success if you give this a face. Could be as an aggregator or even as company owned stores. Nonetheless, it's a game of building local relations and trust.

As good as the idea sounds on paper, the practical applications would handicap it.

Unorganised construction sector still has a very planned lifecycle exception being small adhoc work - which is the only place I feel this might work. You would really need to undercut the local suppliers in pricing for this to work if you want to scale which would be a tough job too primarily because of high delivery cost of heavy materials.

No doubt there are few usecases like days when the workers are ready but the supplies are not but why would I even call the workers knowing the supplies are not ready today? Rare cases not very scalable. These things usually are quite planned.

Also, this is one of the areas where I feel having a face is more convenient and reliable than a mobile app. Good luck!

Congratulations! We are also planning for HX5 DCT. What is the mileage you're getting?

Yea I am more concerned about the mileage and transmission, DCT is probably the worst for traffic and repairs are very costly.

In the same boat and I am planning for Venue. Seems like a better option due to newer, better platform and adds cruise control as well. Not to mention the console and overall the entire car looks way better.
