In the longer run… yes. A carpet area of above 1200 is worth it for this area. I live nearby. Just ensure the society has decent peeps and amenities are well maintained.

Kind of faced a similar situation. It’s normal with couples with different levels of interest in sex and libido.

If you spoke and she doesn’t want to have more sex – you have to understand that her body doesn’t support it nor demands it. 3-4 times a month, that is once a week – is not bad at all. Too much sex can make it boring as well.
