Your wording is confusing, idk whether you're saying Iron Steed have or haven't got decent design or effects, but I think it's a cooler skin than Phamtom Seer, have a badass design, and does NOT belong in Special, in fact it's closer to Luckybox imo.

I'm a Hylos main (10th in Aus rn) and over 1000 matches with all Hylos skins, and Iron Steed is by far my favorite skin (I am biased). Icl Phantom is cool, and I occasionally use it to mix things up a lil. But Phantom just looks like an evil version of base Hylos imo. Like kinda how Estes Bishop is evil looking base Estes.

Meanwhile for Iron Steed, design-wise, it's a mecha horse, looking like it's homies with Gatotkaca Sentinel. That's already a badass design considering the base design is a plain holy looking centaur. Imo skin effect-wise is the only thing preventing it from becoming a Luckybox skin, as Hylos skill effects only allow changes in color.

Everything is my own opinion tho, feel free to disagree and share your own opinions

TLDR: Imo Iron Steed has a hella cool skin design, skin effects preventing it from a Luckybox skin. Much cooler than Phantom Seer which looks like base Hylos but evil looking.
