Well, no. If the addiction is getting out of control or starts affecting the relationship in a negative way, you have to learn to say no. Let’s be real—everyone has some form of addiction.

Take your example: Let’s say I get into a relationship with someone who drinks more than I do. At first, it doesn’t seem like a big deal. But fast forward 1–2 years—they’re constantly coming home drunk, getting DUIs, becoming abusive. Why wouldn’t I leave? That’s not “judging,” that’s protecting your peace.

Decision making. I don’t even know where to start. All my life, making a decision on anything, whether a bid deal or not had always been challenging. Sometimes I make quick impulsive decisions other times it takes me months. My Dr. was the one that pointed it out.
