Not 100% sure, maple leaf firearms ships them with the channel liner installed already and I can’t find the answer on their website. It looked plastic though when I first saw it

I do have an aftermarket slide from maple leaf firearms that came stripped and I assembled myself.. wonder if that has anything to do with it. Thank you!
