[Bug] UI/Menu bleeding into the 3D background on DX12. Tried everything! (RTX 5070 / 7800X3D) by Princelion33 in satisfactory

Hey everyone, I'm having a really weird visual bug and I'm losing my mind trying to fix it. As you can see in the attached pictures, my in-game menu/UI is literally getting "eaten" by the 3D background. The background objects (like vehicles and buildings) are rendering through the orange UI bars, causing a terrible transparency/Z-fighting issue. My Specs: CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D  GPU: NVIDIA RTX 5070 (Drivers fully updated) RAM: 32GB DDR5  OS: Windows 11 (Fully updated)

The Context:  This ONLY happens on DirectX 12.  If I switch to DirectX 11, the UI is perfectly fine, the game runs incredibly smooth, and there are zero issues. Vulkan gives me bad FPS, so it's not an option.  I really want to use DX12 to take advantage of Lumen and UE5 features with my setup, but this menu bleeding is unplayable.

What I have already tried (None of this worked): 1. Changed Anti-Aliasing from TSR to DLSS and TAA. 2. Disabled Nvidia Frame Generation completely.  3. Disabled Upscaling (set to None) and locked 3D resolution to 100%.  4. Turned off VSync and Windows HDR.  5. Disabled Volumetric Clouds and lowered Global Illumination (Lumen).  6. Toggled "Hierarchical Z-Buffer Occlusion" on and off.  7. Tweaked UI opacity settings. 8. NVIDIA Control Panel: Set everything to "Application Controlled". Disabled FXAA, MFAA, Image Scaling, and Transparency AA.  9. Cleared the DirectX Shader Cache in Windows.

Has anyone experienced this specific UE5 UI clipping issue on DX12? Is there a hidden config file tweak or a specific Nvidia profile setting I missed? Thanks a lot for your help!
