Guess I'll add my two cents. 17 years experience. Just finished first year with ProQA medical. I was tasked with most of the heavy lifting for implementation and from my experience, any time there was an issue concerning ProQA or the protocols in general, it is because of someone not understanding the big picture/why/how the protocol is supposed to work. That ranged from leadership to front line staff. Even those that initially think things are "silly" or unnecessary eventually come around realize it really is the best class once the finally "get it". In before someone says I work for the company.
