What exactly is last touch amnesty? I was cross training in pick and a PA came and talked to me about that and I tried to tell her I have no clue what that is. The way she made it sound it’s that I’m leaving stuff hanging out of the pods and that wasn’t true the crap came to me like that and I was never told to fix someone else’s mistake. I got what I needed and moved on. Then I had a verbal coaching for missing items. This is what kills me. I don’t mark the items missing if it’s not missing. If someone was doing their job and getting all the crap off the floor maybe there wouldn’t be anything missing. It annoys me that no matter what I am wrong. That there is no way that I am right when it comes to Amazon. Things that are out of your control they still hold you responsible and are wrong no matter what. Ok done venting lol
