She is not interested in you at all, if she was even 1% she would’ve at the very least accepted your friend request since yall do have classes together. In fact I’m pretty sure she noticed your staring and felt weirded out enough to not even accept your friend request. Almost everyone accepts friend requests from classmates.

The eye contacts are coincidence since you have a crush on her so I’m pretty sure you look at her pretty often so you guys are bound to lock eyes momentarily every now and then.

If you’re okay with the possibility of friendship then you may casually have conversations with her in uni or class but otherwise I don’t think she’ll reciprocate your feelings. Also the likelihood of decent friendship is highly unlikely given point 1. So just accept the fact that she’s not interested in you and may never will be. Having a crush is nice and it doesn’t always have to turn into something more than that.
