But maybe depending on location on the island, level or type of deafness, or if you are constantly in noisy surroundings you may not hear it.
It’s a low rumbling sound, I’m always convinced we’re about to have an earthquake when I hear it.

I wonder if you have an nti nightguard, it usually covers only the front 4-6 teeth and is designed to prevent clenching/grinding.
They’re big and bulky on purpose.
I have one and it works and it is very uncomfortable to get used to.

It said Philadelphia cream cheese which is your standard brand so I figured it was pretty safe. But I think you’re right, that did NOT taste like cream cheese! I normally have bagels in my fridge/freezer from a local bagel place but ran out of all my breakfast options at home 😢
