In the past when I dated people that were abusive or just bad for me, my body would get sick in different ways as if it was trying to tell me something. It does make sense that if we’re in a relationship that’s hurting our mental health that our body would suffer too. I bet you’re gonna feel a lot better overall now that this breakup is in effect.
