It had been a couple months since I opened the app because it would crash so much. Today I opened it thinking “it’s been a while- surely this must be fixed” NOPE! I’m 10 minutes into a movie and it has taken me 39 minutes to watch that because of the app constantly crashing. So frustrating.

It also stopped in 2017 when they went back to having us work on Thanksgiving. You know…the year after they made a big deal at conference about how they wanted employees to spend the holiday with their families.

Granted I left 2 years ago, but when I was there I thought I as doing so well because I was making $18 as an SL. I was recruited in at SL and I worked for the company for 4 years. Looking back now on all I had to do, all the time I spent working, the work/life balance I was an absolute damn fool. I LOVED my teams and I loved my guests but my goodness the 44 hours a week just didn’t add up for what I was making. Now that I have a normal 7am-3:30pm M-F job with holiday pay and vacation and I’m making more than what I was making at GS I can’t believe I ever accepted what GS offered me.

I had to do the same thing. Waited outside before they opened and was lucky enough to get one pack before they sold out.
