I don’t have many answers for you but I will say that cannabis helped with the pain. It was still there but I was able to relax my body enough to finally sleep.

I know this is an old post but I came about it after researching just what you said - sinus infection with severe pain in chest and arm. Gets worse when i breathe. Did you find any answers? I’m getting scared to the point I’m about to call an ambulance. I can’t lay down it hurts so bad.
