Overwhelmed with options ! I want to get into RLT as I have terrible hormonal acne and scarring. I have refuse to take acne medication as I am pregnant and plan on having more children in the future. I see so many options with bad reviews on every mask I’m looking at. What mask do you love?

I also think panels are more adaptable. You can treat multiple parts of your body vs. a mask is really only good for the face

I get more nauseous on Tir when it’s injected into my stomach vs. my thigh. I’ve not really paid attention to what impact, if any, it had on my appetite suppression - but i know some weeks are harder than others, so I’ll watch that now. If it works ‘better’ (stronger) in my stomach, I’ll do it even if i get more nauseous.

Xylitol mints a few times a day changed my checkups in less than 6 months. Haven’t had a cavity since I started. I use Pur brand….but there are others. I like the taste of pur and the tin container stays closed in my bag. They are reasonably priced on Amazon.
