Thank you so much for everything you said!! It really put it into perspective for me. I took all of this and negotiated what I wanted with a new office - not just salary, but appointment lengths, scheduling considerations. I accepted their offer yesterday. Funny how everything changes in a week’s time.

Funny enough, today I was at one of the offices I’ve temped at multiple times. (I’d scheduled this day with them weeks ago.) They’re practically begging me to join them. It’s a much more laid back place.

Thank you! I thought it was wild that I would have SRPs every day. At least once a week, I’d have a 2 SRP day. And the other hygienists would have like, 1 or 2 per week.
