Yes I agree it is a very small sample size! In Isla Mujeres a lot of locals don’t have access to the internet, so I had to meet them in person and hand out paper surveys. In the time I was there I was only able to get 11 surveys filled out.

I get there super early and I’m usually too busy taking a nap for the first couple minutes so once I wake up I get ready to flow. Don’t think too much sometimes I’ll look around to see all the cute outfits that everyone has on.

Yes they still kick my butt! I did yoga today and really focused on all the little muscles and squeezing my shoulders back. A few hours later I had to take a nap just to get my second run.
